Fried bread with minced pork spread / Pork on Crispy Bread Or Kanom Pang Na Moo in Thai. This dish is very delicious, simple to make ,Perfect snack while watching TV or for party.

Ingredients
  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 100 gram ground pork
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp thin soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 sprig cilantro chopped
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • Sweet chili sauce


Cooking Method:
  1. Cut the crust of the bread, Then sliced bread into quarters
  2. Season ground pork with oyster sauce, thin soy sauce, , sugar, chopped cilantro and ground pepper, mix thoroughly. Then leave for 15-20 min.
  3. After 15-20 min. place about 1 Tbsp of the pork spread on each piece of bread,
  4. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. When oil is hot. Place the top of the bead with pork into the beaten egg just on the surface and fry spread upside down until the pork spread is cook and the bread is golden brown
  5. Flip other side and fry until golden brown
  6. remove and drain.
  7. Sever with sweet chili sauce or Cucumber Relish
