Fried Wonton

Ingredients:
  • 2 pinch ground pepper
  • 1 package wonton skin
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 2 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • vegetable oil for deep frying

Cooking Method:
  1. In a bowl mix ground pork, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, onion, and pepper
  2. Let sit for 15-20 minutes
  3. place 1/2 teaspoon in the middle of 1 wonton skin
  4. fold wonton skin in fold. (corner to corner)
  5. Pinch the two corners together
  6. repeat 2-4 until all wontons are made
  7. Heat up the oil in a frying pan or wok at medium heat
  8. Fry the wonton until golden brown
  9. Serve hot with the sweet chilly sauce
