Stir Fried Pork with Green Beans or Moo Pad prik khing in thai.

  • 1/2 cup of pork (meat of choice beef, chicken, pork, shrimp or duck)
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Prik King curry past
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • Kaffir lime leaves, Sliced
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/8 red bell peppers, Sliced

Cooking Method:
  1. boil green beans in the hot water about 30 sec. drain and set aside
  2. Heat oil in a hot pan over medium heat, Add prik khing curry paste. Stir fry until aromatic.
  3. Add pork and stir fry until nearly cooked (about 3 minutes). Add fish sauce and sugar.
  4. Stir fry until the pork is cook then add sliced of red bell pepper, sliced kaffir lime leaves, and stir fry for another 30 seconds.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with red bell pepper and kaffir lime leaves and serve with jasmine rice
