Thai Pork panang in panang curry and coconut milk. Quick ,easy and delicious.


Ingredients:              
  • 6 oz Pork Tenderloin - Thinly sliced
  • 1-2 Tbs Panang curry paste
  • 4 Tsp sugar
  • 2/3 cup can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 Tsp fish sauce
  • 6 Kaffir lime leaves - Thinly sliced
  • 3 Big long chilies - Sliced or bell pepper

Cooking Method:
  1. In a hot pan on medium heat
  2. Add cooking oil. Wait until cooking oil is hot
  3. Add Panang curry paste
  4. Stir fry for 1 min or until fragrant
  5. Add some coconut milk
  6. Stir fry until fragrant and coconut milk is bubbly
  7. Add pork sliced
  8. Stir frequently until the pork is cooked
  9. Add all coconut milk
  10. Add water
  11. Bring it to boil about 3-4 minutes
  12. Add fish sauce
  13. Add sugar
  14. Simmer about 2-3 minutes
  15. Add sliced big chilies
  16. Add sliced kaffir lime leave
  17. Stir for 1 min.
  18. Turn off the heat
  19. Remove to serving plate
  20. Sprinkle sliced chilies, Kaffir lime leave
  21. It is done! Enjoy
