Sardine Salad (Yum Pla KaPong)

Ingredient
  • 1 Can of Sardines in tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoons of Lemon Grass
  • 1/4 cup sliced Onion
  • 1/4 cup bell pepers cut in small strip or youcan you Red Chillis
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • Coriander Leaves and mint leaves for garnish


Cooking Method
  1. Remove the sardines from the can.
  2. pure in a mixing bowl.
  3. add Slice the onion, lemon grass,bell pepers
  4. Add the fish sauce and lemon juice and mix all the ingredients together well.
  5. Remove to serve plate add coriander and mint leave for garnish Serve With jusmine rice or salads.
