This delicious dish is simple to make.  it's the best way to get some broccoli into your diet.

  • 10 Large shrimps, shelled and de-veined
  • 1 Bunch of Broccoli
  • 3 Cloves of garlic. minced
  • 2 tbps. of vegetable cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or (fish sauce, salt)
  • 1 tsp sugar

Cooking Method:
  1. Boil about 4 cups of water in a pot
  2. Add broccoli and cook for 1 minute
  3. Then take broccoli put in a bowl of cool water
  4. In a pan set heat on low and add cooking oil
  5. Add garlic and cook until garlic turns brown
  6. Turn up the heat and add shrimp fry until shrimp changes color
  7. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar
  8. Stir fry and 1 minute
  9. Add the broccoli and chicken stock
  10. Stir fry for 30 sec
  11. It is Done. Serve with rice
