Steamed Fish with Lime Sauce or "Pla Neung Ma Nao  in Thai. This dish is very healthy,spicy and delicious. You must try.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Lb. Tilapai / sole/sea bass/monk fish/fish feltes
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chopped  garlic
  • 1/2  Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh chillies finely chopped (or depend how spicy do you like)
  • 1 Tbsp. pickled garlic  juice (If you dont have it just leave it out)
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • lime thinly sliced for garnish
  • big red chilli cut in small  strips for garnish

Cooking Method:
  1. Gut and scale the fish then clean well 
  2. score the fish at an angle all the way to the bone on both sides to help it cook faster.
  3. Set fish on a heat-proof plate which is able to put in a steamer./ microwave
  4. Heat water in a steamer/wok/pot until boiling. Then put the  fish in the steamer and leave it for 10-15 minutes. (or in can cook in microwave)
  5. Remove the steamed fish from the steamer move to a severing plate.
  6. while you are steaming the fish you can make lime sauce. In a mixing bowl, Add chillies, garlice, fish sauce, lime juice, pickled garlic, and sugar. Stir until mixed well
  7. pour lime sauce over the fish and garnish with sliced lime, cilantro leaves and red chili
  8. Serve with salad or  jusmin rice.
