Stir- Fried Cauliflower with shrimp (Dok Ka-Lam Pad Koong) This stir fried cauliflower with shrimp. One of Thai local style side dishes, easy to make. Fresh, healthy, crisp and so delicious.

  • 10 Shrimps,
  • 2 cup Cauliflower cut into size bite pieces
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2-3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tsp. Fry garlic (Option)

Cooking Method:
  1. Clean and remove the shrimp shell but leave the tails for good appearance.
  2. Cut open the back of each shrimp to remove the veins.
  3. Wash the cauliflower in clean water. Remove and drain then cut into size bite pieces.
  4. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Wait until the oil is hot
  5. Add chopped garlic. Stir fry until fragrant
  6. Add shrimp Stir fry until turn to pink.
  7. Add cauliflower, oyster sauce, soy sauce ,Sugar, water
  8. Stir fry for 2-3 min.
  9. Transfer to a serving place. Sprinkle with fry garlic
  10. Serve immediately with hot steamed rice.
