Stir Fried Mushrooms with oyester Sauce

  • 15 mushrooms cut into 2 or 3 pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce.
  • 1 Tsp. Sugar
  • 2 green onion cut into 1 inch long pieces.
  • 1 Tsp cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 glove chopped garlic
  • 4-5 Tbsp water
  • 5.pieces carrot (Option) I add carrot for make this dish look colorful

Cooking Method
  1. Heat cooking oil in a wok or pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped garlic stir fry until garlic is nice smell.
  3. Add carrot, Stir fry for 1 min . Add mushrooms, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and stir fry until the mushrooms looks soft (If dry add a little bit of water)
  4. prepare the cornstarch and water mixture in a separate cup or bowl
  5. add the cornstarch/water mixture. Stir well . add green onion , Stir fry about 30 min
  6. Remove to severing plate. Serve with jasmine rice.
