Stir fried pork with bell peppers (Moo pad prik wan)

  • 1/2 cup of pork sliced
  • 1/2 cup cut bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/2 cup cut onion
  • 1/4 cup cut green onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 table spoons Oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoons corn starch
  • 1/4 cup water

Cooking Method
  1. In a mix blow add pork, corn starch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar. Mix well and set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in the hot pan. add minced garlic stir fry until garlic is fragrant
  3. Add the marinade pork stir fry rapidly and cook until the pork is almost done about 2 min.
  4. add oyster sauce, sugar and stir fried for 30 sec. add water
  5. add onion , bell peppers and stir fry for another 1 -2min.
  6. add green onion stir fly 3 times turn off the heat. remove to serve plate
  7. serve with jasmine rice.
