Stir Fried Pork with Ginger

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz pork cut into bite size
  • 1/2 cup julienne ginger
  • 2 Glove chopped garlic
  • 2 green onion cut into 1 inch long pieces
  • 1/3 cut sliced bell peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce.
  • 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce.
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 Tsp. black soy sauce.
  • 1/3 cup sliced onion


Cooking Method
  1. Heat a pan in medium heat. Add cooking oil. Wait until the oil is hot.
  2. Add chopped garlic. Fry it until it has aromatic smell or until golden brown.
  3. Add pork. Cook until pork is almost cooked. Add soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Sugar, ginger, Stir fry for 1 min.
  4. Add bell peppers, onion, Stir fry for 2 min.
  5. Add green onion, Stir fry for 30 second.
  6. Remove to serving plate. Serve with hot rice
