Stir Fried Sukiyaki (suki hang)

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup sliced pork
  • 2 glove chopped garlic
  • 2 green onion cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cup Chinese celery cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 Tbsp. sukiyaki sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small packet noodle grass


Cooking Method:
  1. Soak noodle grass in water for 3-5 minutes
  2. After 3-5 minutes cut the noodle grass in half
  3. In a pan on medium heat. Add cooking oil wait until cooking oil is hot.
  4. Add chopped garlic. Stir fry until it nice smell
  5. Add sliced pork. Stir fry until pork is almost cooked.
  6. Add sukiyaki sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes
  7. Add egg. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Add Chinese cabbage. Stir fry for 2 minutes
  9. Add noodle grass. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes
  10. Add green onion, Chinese celery .Stir fry 3 times
  11. Remove to a serving plate. Serve with sukiyaki sauce
