This is easy to make.  Fresh, Healthy, Crispy and so delicious


Ingredients:
  • 7 oz Extra firm tofu cut into triangle or the way you like
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 2 Green Onions cut into 2 inch length
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 Chinese Celery cut into 1 inch length
  • 2 Tbsp thin soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup Sliced Bell Peppers cut into small strip
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil


Cooking Method:
  1. In the hot pan on medium heat. When the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and fry until fragrant.
  2. Add tofu and spread across surface of the pan. Allow to lightly brown and then stir to lightly brown other sides
  3. Turn the heat up to high. Add Bean Sprouts, Soy Sauce,  Oyster Sauce, Sugar. Stir fry for 30 second.
  4. Add Red Bell Peppers, Green Onion. Chinese Celery. Stir fry for 1 min.
  5. Turn of the heat and remove to serving plate. Serve with stream rice
