Thai Green Mango Salad or Yum Neau Yang in thai. This recipe is tangy and full of texture it will wake your senses.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Green Mango
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced shallots or red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp. round dried chili peppers
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Ground dried shrimp, fish, or dried shrimp
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2  Tbsp. Roasted peanuts
  • 1 handful crispy fish (option)

Cooking Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and ground chili pepper. Mix well until sugar is dissolves.
  2. Add ground dried shrimp or dried shrimp. Mix well
  3. Add Sliced red onions, shredded green mango. Toss well
  4. Add ground peanuts. Toss well
  5. Remove to serving plate
