Spicy Thai beef salad (Yum Neau Yang) This is a zesty, spicy salad. This beef salad recipe offers a feast of flavors and textures with every bite!

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, or other
  • 1 Tbsp. Thin soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice or lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1-2  Tbsp. fresh chilies, finely chopped or depend how spicy you  want
  • 1/4 cup chinese  celery cut in small
  • picess or you can use cilantro
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 2 cup salad greens

Cooking Method:

  1. In the mixing bowl. Add beef, oyster sauce, thin soy sauce. Rub the beef with the sauce. Then leave to marinate  for 15-30 min
  2. preheat grill on medium-high heat.
  3. grilled for 15-20 min. for  medium rare to medium or until  well done, turning once
  4. Remove to a plate then let is cool down.
  5. While beef is cooling, stir together fish sauce, lime juice,  garlic, fresh chilies chopped, Chopped garlic.
  6. stir until dissolved. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  7. Cut beef into bite-sized pieces. Then add the dressing.
  8. Add cucumber. Onion, and celery. Toss well and remove to the serving plate on green salad
