Fresh spring rolls. This recipe is very fresh, delicious, Healthy and easy to make sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 12 pieces of smoke sausage or you can use (cooked shrimp, grilled beef, grilled pork)
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 1 small carrot cut into 3 inch strip
  • 1/2 cucumber cut into 3 inch strip
  • 4 fresh cilantro cut in half
  • 4 leave lettuce
  • 4 rice-paper wrappers

Ingredients for dipping sauce

  • 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce.
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground roast peanuts
  • a pinch of salt

Cooking Method:

  1. Fill a large bowl half full of hot water (but not scalding, as you will have to dip your fingers in it). Place bowl and wrappers on a clean working surface, such as a place. cutting board.
  2. Take out one of the rice wrappers and place it in the bowl of hot water. You may have to gently press the wrapper down into the water. The rice paper will soften in approximately 30 seconds.
  3. remove from water and place on the clean working surface
  4. Place a leave lettuce in the center of the Wrapper, then add Cucumber, carrot,cilantro then grilled pork
  5. leaving about 2 inches uncovered on each side. Fold uncovered sides inward, then tightly roll the wrapper, beginning at the end with the lettuce. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  6. In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, Lime juice,salt and grould roast peanuts.
  7. Serve fresh spring rolls with dipping sauce.
